Can you prioritise/speed up my account opening as it is very urgent for me?

    It has been two weeks and 2 days since I uploaded my passport and my selfie with passport into my Fintiba account, but there is no sign of any progress. I can't help but wait something that ruin my whole schedule. Fintiba does not help with their help center and their FAQ feature at all, knowing that we have no mean of contacting the corporation directly at any way possible. I just desperately want to know, with your "every customer is treated with the same urgency" policy, why can't I have the confirmation for more than 2 weeks despite of my friend's confirmation in a mere 3 work days, and the fact that the normal waiting time of the verification is a week?

    Please check your 'Actions Required' section in your Fintiba account. There you can see what is still missing. Your data will only be verified when you have uploaded everything and filled in the necessary data that you were asked for. After you have filled in and uploaded everything you will receive an email that you are now waiting for verification.

    Hello everyone. I filled in the application for the closed account yesterday. I have not received any confirmation to upload my ID. Is that because i had not registered on your website (have just done it)?

    I am having the same problem, I filled in application form just an hour ago and waiting for confirmation email to process further. Can you please help us with that?
