Can Fintiba guarantee that the blocked amounts are sufficient?

    To whom may it concern.

    Hello I'm Eduardo Reed from Mexico, recently I received the information to make my deposit, yesterday i make a deposit, but I couldn't see it reflected in my FINTIBA accounted balance yet, how long should i wait to see the money reflected, or ¿where can I check my current balance?, ¿is it directly at the Sutor bank web page or somewhere else?.
