I can't log in - what should I do?

    I applied for the blocked account like 2 hours ago, but I haven't received the activation link. There was no email in my spam either. 

    Can you pleae help me and tell me what to do next? This is very urgent.

    When you haven't received a link until now please click 'Forgot Password? Click here', then fill in the email address that you have used to open the account and the activation link will be send to you again.

    I've done that clicking the "forgot password? click here" and have filled my email adress but there's no email even though the fintiba site said that they have sent me one.
