How can I transfer money from my blocked account to my current account?

    The address from Sutor Bank is mentioned on your 'Information about your Blocked Amount Transfer' document that you can download from the 'Documents' section of your Fintiba Account after your data has been verified.

    I am on the mTAN step now, yet I have entered my German phone number but didn't received any SMS including mTAN. Can you send again or just tell what to do to enter my phone number again? I have tried it from my personal data page already.

    "There has been a problem setting up your standing order. We are working together with SutorBank on fixing the issue. Please try setting up your standing order again later."

    Hope you can speed up the resolution of this problem.

    If you have problems with receiving the MTAN please call the Fintiba Customer Support under 069 1200 620 6620 with the German mobile phone number that you have filled in to your Fintiba Account.

    As there has been a problem with the connection to Sutor bank setting up the standing orders has not been possible. By now the problem is solved and standing orders can be set up in the 'online banking' section of the Fintiba Account.

    I AM A BANGLADESHI CITIZEN. NOW I AM IN SPAIN.

    1.CAN I PROCESS MY VISA APPLICATION FROM SPAIN?

    2.IF I TRANSFER MONEY TO THE BLOCK ACCOUNT FROM MY SPANISH ACCOUNT, IF VISA REJECTED IN BANGLADESH WILL YOU SEND THE MONEY BACK TO A BANGLADESHI ACCOUNT OF MINE?

    3. AS NOW I AM IN SPAIN I PUT THE SPANISH ADDRESS IN THE   FINTIBA ACCOUNT.  BUT MAYBE i will face the embassy from Bangladesh will it be a problem? can i change the address to my country address?

    Please contact the embassy for questions regarding your visa application. You can proceed with your blocked account also from Spain. The money will automatically be send back to the account where it came from. The address change is not a problem just send an email to support@fintiba.com there the support team will change the address.

    Hello.
    I've already completed legitimation process. I've entered mtan from sms and it's set verified on web-site. Still in "online banking" section I can only check my account balance. Where's the field for IBAN?

    Hello. I entered my German phone number in order to receive SMS with NTAN number and after have an access to online banking. Unfortunately I have been waiting for sms 2 hours already and still have not got it. I was trying to write my phone again, but there is stated "Verified" and I just can not do it again. Please let me know to solve this problem. Thanks in advance

    I have a blocked account from your bank. I opened a Germany bank account.And ı have a new german mobile phone. I use Fintiba bank internet banking and my account is open but the system does not allow me to do anything.What should I do to transfer my money?Please can you help me? I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
