During the video legitimation call with a WebID agent, you will be prompted to read a one-time code which will be sent to you. To receive this code, you have two options:
- Code by SMS: the code can be sent to the mobile phone number that you will have to provide to the WebID agent. Please note that this needs to be a mobile phone number – landline phone numbers can and will not be accepted.
- Code by email: the code can also be sent to your registered email address. Please make sure that you have access to this email account when starting the video call with WebID
Note: reading the one-time code to your agent is essential to complete the video legitimation process.
