My passport was not recognised during the WebID video legitimation. What should I do?

If you experience issues with passport recognition during your WebID video legitimation, please contact us via our contact site and provide the following details:

  • Your customer number
  • Reason of denial by WebID

Note: We can only investigate your case if you provide both the details given above. We can not process incomplete requests. 

Upon receiving the above details, we will submit a request to WebID to investigate your case.
