If you have obtained a new passport, please e-mail us the following at support@fintiba.com so that we can change your data:
- A scan of your new passport
- A selfie picture of you with your new passport opened to display its front page(s) with your details.
It is important that your documents are clearly visible and well readable so that they can be verified without any issues. Documents that are unreadable cannot be verified, leading to delays.
