In case you have reached the legitimation stage and you have received no PostIdent voucher, neither you are eligible to complete the legitimation via video call (link Country Groups) you can complete your legitimation with the manual alternative option.
As we have learnt, the PostIdent process might cause problems with passports from certain countries and we want to avoid such complications. So we have worked hard to offer alterative legitimation options to for customers, where PostIdent might not work.
Should your country be this case, you do not need to worry, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to complete the manual legitimation. You simply need to check your inbox to see the instructions.
