I have not received my reward - Who do I contact about this?

All referral rewards are sent via email to your Fintiba email by our partner provider Tango Card. Please double-check your Inbox for the email and be sure to also check your Spam folder as sometimes rewards might end up there.

Please note that for referrals – the EUR 15.00 is only issued if you purchased the Fintiba Plus package, 14 days after you have activated your health insurance.
