Redo or Upload your submission accordingly.

Take a selfie, following these guidelines:

a. Your case should be clearly visible.

b. No obscuring accessory should cover your face. Religious head decor is allowed.

  • Make sure you have good, bright lighting. Using a flashlight is ideal. The video agent must be able to see you and your passport clearly.
  • A quiet/undisturbed environment is recommended.

What happens, if the video identification failed?
Occasionally, the process may fail due to differing circumstances. If it is a matter of a bad connection or call being interrupted in the middle of it: We encourage you to try again as WebID is the most convenient method for you to complete this necessary step!
