I didn't get my MTAN code to my mobile phone. What should I do?

If you didn't receive the mTAN for the confirmation of your mobile number, please try the following steps:

  1. Double-check that you have entered the correct mobile phone number in your Fintiba account.  
    1. Check, that there is no 0 after the +49 (or other country code)
    2. Check, that there are no spaces between numbers
  2. Make sure that your mobile phone has a stable network connection.  
  3. Check your spam or junk folder in your SMS inbox to see if the mTAN message was mistakenly filtered.
