A Referral is a new Fintiba customer, who uses the code of an existing Fintiba customer (a Member) to open their Fintiba account.
A “Pending” Referral is a new Referral who has just used a member’s referral code to register for a Fintiba product but has not yet completed all the required steps in their Fintiba account.
A “Qualified” Referral is a Referral who has successfully transferred money to their blocked account and their blocking confirmation has been issued. The Member whose code was used by the Referral will receive their reward at this point.
An “Approved” Referral is a Referral who has already activated their health insurance and is now eligible for their reward.
