How to Request Data Deletion via the Fintiba App

This article will guide you through the process of requesting data deletion through the Fintiba iOS or Android app. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Download the App: The Fintiba app is available on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Search for “Fintiba” and download the app to your device.

  2. Log In: Open the app and log in using your registered email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it.

  3. Go to Profile Page: Once you are logged in, navigate to the Profile page. You can do this by clicking on the “Profile” icon, usually located at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Request Data Deletion: On the Profile page, you will find a text button labeled “Delete personal data”. Click on this button to initiate the data deletion process.

Please note that once you request data deletion, all your personal data stored in the Fintiba app will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. Therefore, make sure to back up any important information before proceeding with the data deletion request.
