I have to change my arrival in Germany. What do I need to do for my insurances?

A change of plans can happen all the time. To help you with rescheduling, please consult below information, depending on your situation:

 

Changing my Health Insurance start date

Visit your profile within the Fintiba App to find the Mawista Visum Start Date (travel insurance). You can enter a new expected time of arrival here. This will update your policy and affect your follow-up health insurance start date.
Your documents will be made available within the Documents section of your Fintiba App.

 

Changes to my Liability Insurance 

For changes towards your liability insurance, please directly contact our partner ias – Internationale Assekuranz Service GmbH via the following contact details:

Changes to my Legal Insurance

Please contact us via https://app.fintiba.com/help_support  so we can help you sort it out. Please inform us about your new expected date of arrival.
