If you wish to change the email address of your Fintiba Account, you can do it with two ways:
A) In case you still can log in into your Fintiba account.
- Go to Profile in your Fintiba account and make sure you connected your smartphone
- Click Connected Email Address and enter your new email
- Put the mTAN as requested that you've received via SMS
- Done 🙌 You can log in next time with your new email address
B) In case you no longer can connect into your Fintiba account. Please submit a request via our contact form and send us the following pictures so we can make the changes for you:
- A selfie of you holding your 'open' passport (like your selfie with passport) while holding a handwritten paper, on which it is written: My name is XXX, I want to change my email to XXX (your new email address).
