- Log into your Fintiba app.
- Click on "My Fintiba" to access the profile section. Here click "German Address".
- Once you entered your new data, upload your address confirmation and click "Save Data".
- Confirm your change with OTP verification sent to your email.
- Done! We will verify your data and inform our banking partner.
What address confirmation is valid?
One of the below documents that is not over 3 months old can be used as address confirmation. The document must show your full name and full address:
- Official municipality document (for example, the Anmeldung/address registration form or a letter from Deutsche Rentenversicherung)
- Residence Permit (in full, address on back site)
- Utility Bill (electricity, water, or gas bill)
- Rental agreement (full pages, signed by both parties)
- Tax declaration document
- Confirmation of health insurance
