If you wish to change the email address of your Fintiba Account, you can do it with two ways:
Scenario A - You can still log into your Fintiba Account

Click "My Fintiba" to go to your Profile section.

Click Connected Email Address and enter your new email.
- Enter the OTP received on your old/current email address.
- Done 🙌 You can log in next time with your new email address.
Scenario B - You have no access to your Fintiba account anymore
- Contact us via our contact form and send us the following pictures so we can make the changes for you:
- A selfie of you holding up your passport and a handwritten paper with the new email address on it.
- Your face and passport need to be clearly visible, see the example below:
- Our customer support team will check your case and help you resolve the issue.
Important: Once you changed your email address, it is no longer possible to change it back to a previous one!
