If you are in possession of a health insurance product next to your blocked account, you will receive your visa application ready documents together with your blocking confirmation. They confirm your order of the noted health insurance, a mandatory requirement for your stay in Germany. This is when your MAWISTA Visum (travel insurance) policy is fully activated.
Your BARMER (statutory) or MAWISTA Student (private) health insurance policies become available once you provided us with your visa and set up your payouts. You should receive your policy via email and also it will be uploaded in the Documents section of your Fintiba app.
