During the video legitimation call with a WebID agent, you'll need to provide a one-time code, which you can get in two ways:
- By SMS: You can receive the code on the mobile phone number that you provide to the WebID agent. Please note that only mobile numbers are accepted. Landline numbers cannot be accepted.
- By Email: Alternatively, the code can be sent to your registered email address. Make sure you can access this email account during the video call with WebID.
Note: reading the one-time code to your agent is essential to complete the video legitimation process.
