Changing your current bank account IBAN to receive your payouts to can be done by accessing the Blocked Account section within your Fintiba Account to view your Payout details and make changes to your receiving IBAN.
Please be advised of the following restrictions regarding IBAN changes:
- There is a frozen period of 14 days after changing your IBAN of your current bank account. This means once you change your IBAN you will have to wait for 14 days to be able to change again your IBAN (security reasons).
- Also, during the last 2 working days of every month customers are not able/allowed to do any IBAN changes because of limitations in the banking provider system.
