I have trouble logging into my Fintiba account. What should I do?

Depending on your issue, this is what you can do:

 

  1. I forgot my password
    When asked to enter your password, click 'Forgot your password?' to follow the steps for changing your password.
  2. The system says my email address was not found / I received an error message
    Please get in touch with our support team at https://app.fintiba.com/help_support . For our team to provide you with accurate help:
  • Provide us with any information towards your opened account (Email address, ID, account no. etc.) for identification.
  • Forward us the exact wording of any error message received and what steps you took receiving it. Preferably, kindly also forward a screenshot.
