I have not received this month's payout. What can I do?

The payout setup at Fintiba is meant to provide you with your upcoming month's allowance on time by initiating payments at the end of the prevailing month while also considering weekends and public holidays to rather process your payment earlier than later. 

Unfortunately, sometimes the banking processing times can cause delays, especially with weekends or public holidays involved. A transaction therefore can take 1-3 working days before crediting to your linked current account is completed.

How do I know Fintiba processed my payment?

You can always refer to your blocked account balance. Go to Blocked Account -> Account Balance to see your most recent updates. Should your payout already be listed, your receiving bank will need to process the payment.

My balance shows the payout has already been executed, but it has already been 3 working days and I haven't received my money yet! What should I do?

We recommend checking with your receiving bank together for the status of crediting. Please make use of your account statements and account balance view within your Fintiba App.

The scheduled time for my payout passed and I cannot see it processed in my Account Balance. What should I do?
